Ticketing Policy

Below you will find our Ticketing Policy. By purchasing a ticket for a Sweet Adventure, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by the policies outlined and by confirming a booking, you are also agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

1. Ticket Purchase:

a. All tickets for Sweet Adventures must be purchased in advance through our official website or authorised ticketing partners. Walk-in purchases will not be available.

b. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

c. Participants must be at least 18 years old to participate in Sweet Adventures. Proof of age will be required, and participants will need to present a valid ID showing their date of birth at the start of the adventure.​

2. Ticket Pricing and Payment:

a. The ticket price for the adventure will be clearly stated on our website and is non-negotiable.

b. All prices are listed in the local currency or as specified on our website.

c. Accepted forms of payment will be specified on our website.

d. Full payment must be made at the time of ticket purchase.

3. Cancellations and Refunds:

a. Participants may request a refund or reschedule their adventure up to a specified number of days in advance. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.

b. Refunds may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

c. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within a specified number of days before the adventure, except in cases where the adventure is cancelled by Sweet Adventures due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

d. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 14 days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

4. Transferability:

a. Tickets are generally non-transferable, and the name of the ticket holder cannot be changed after purchase, unless explicitly approved by Sweet Adventures.

b. Participants must present a valid ID matching the name on the ticket at the start of the adventure.

 

5. Modifications and Cancellations by Sweet Adventures:

a. Sweet Adventures reserve the right to modify or cancel the adventure due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, safety concerns, or insufficient participation. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements, rescheduling, or refunds will be offered.

b. Sweet Adventures will not be held responsible for any additional expenses or losses incurred by participants due to modifications or cancellations beyond the ticket price.

 

6. Participant Responsibilities:

a. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the start point unless otherwise specified.

b. Participants must comply with all safety guidelines, instructions, and regulations provided by our guides.

c. Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect their participation in the adventure.

d. Participants must behave responsibly and respectfully towards other participants, guides, and the environment throughout the adventure.
